When I am in South Shields, I like staying here. I have just returned from a comfortable stay in this sea view hotel, perfectly clean rooms. It has marvellous location adjacent to the beach and shops as well as restaurants and the likes. It's around 4-6 minutes' walk from Colmans Fish & Chips, where you can eat something. The staff are pleasant, the breakfast is delicious. They provide coffee and tea, that is lovely.

Everything was brand-new, absolutely great hotel. The location was marvellous, close to everything you could want, and the bed exceptionally comfortable. The breakfast included coffee and tea for everyone.

Actually everything was great, my next choice again in South Shields. Hotel was beautiful and I appreciated the food there, it was lovely. The guest room was nicely decorated and quiet for a huge bedroom. Coffee and tea making equipment, and a fridge were available in the kitchen.

Had a fairly nice stay for the Christmas holidays, glad I've chosen it. Got superior queen room for a huge bedroom as expected, thoroughly enjoyed it. In general the staff were very welcoming and fairly friendly.

We enjoyed rooms with good facilities. Had an electric kettle and fridges at our disposal. The hotel was in an excellent location, close to everything you could want. There was The Mile Bar and Grill, located nearby, where we relaxed.
